I know this is a bit early and probably "childishly greedy" of me in a way, in light of the "Attitude of Gratitude" I'm trying to foster this month...but I couldn't resist! I have the Holiday Bug" already--I think I had it as early as mid-September, when I began having to mentally restrain myself from watching my Halloween shows before October. Now, thanks to the approaching season, and my sister Kami suggesting and organizing a name-drawing for the family for this Christmas, it's just mutated from the Halloween strain into the Christmas Gift strain. And to be honest, my motives for compiling this "Santa List," as Anita calls it, aren't solely from a case of the Gimmies. I drew Jon's name and have begun thinking of what would be a perfect gift for him. I'm trying to get it together now, so I'm not scrambling last minute on Christmas Eve. Getting his present has just gotten me thinking about what I want, and so I've put the above list together for Mom and whoever else to get ideas from. As I told Mom, I don't expect to get everything on there, it's just an idea generator.
