Feeling--productive
Reading-- Jewel of Atlantis by Gena Showalter
Listening to-- nothing

(Transferred from other Journal)
Ever since December I've been toying with the idea of joining the 100 Books Club--scroll down all the way and click on the button. The idea behind or the goal of this club is to read 100 books/25,000 pages within a year. I tried this last year, but I couldn't contact the webmistress; besides which, I got sidetracked and forgot to update the calculations I was doing on my own. But this year, I'm determined to follow through--call it, shockingly as I avoid making New Year's resolutions...but after all, it is still the Chinese New Year--a belated New Year's resolution.

I have to admit though, I'm curious, really, as to how many books I do read in a year.

So far, since Christmas/New Year's I've read 46 books, a total of 13,794 pages:

I'll do my best to update as I read more.

(UPDATE, 12-30-2006:)
This is it, folks. The end of zee list for 2006. I'm starting a new book tonight, but even though it's a Meg Cabot book, I'm not that fast a finisher. So, unfortunately, I didn't make either the club's goal or my own personal goal of 55 books when it became painfully apparent I wasn't going to make the overall goal.

Time to email B.J.
